What are you most excited about for 2020? Starting the new job, and the celebrating entering a symmetrical year number (2020!)
What do you most want to see from lighting manufacturers in 2020? Being more open to innovative ideas.

Who is your industry inspiration? Lighting Design Collective (LDC)
Which product has inspired you in 2019? electric paint lamp kit by bare conductive
Which project are you most proud of? The research I worked on: Lighting design for persuasive environments. The research is focused on the possibility of using light visualizations created by live data, in order to trigger certain behaviours and/or convey information without any prior knowledge or training.

Do you own a Christmas jumper? Yes!
How is sustainability changing your job? As a designer, sustainability is one of the fundamental elements which always needs a special attention, even in the first design steps. Every aspect should be considered; materials, transportation, energy consumption, etc. and the product footprint should be calculated before coming up with any decision.

What was the last good film you watched? Black Mirror (the movie)
Have you already booked your flights to Trends in Lighting 22-24 September 2020? No
Where was the most interesting place your job took you this year? Bregenz to join the TiL conference and afterwards visiting the beautiful Salzburg.
Will Brexit happen? In my opinion, it will be delayed once more and another referendum will take place.
What is your favourite Christmas song? Last Christmas by Wham!
