The Translational Sensory & Circadian Neuroscience Unit at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics and Technical University of Munich is excited to announce the launch of their new podcast, Light O’Clock.

Hosted by Carolina Guidolin, the podcast explores the latest scientific research on how light influences our circadian clock. Experts in the field, including Prof. Manuel Spitschan (Technical University of Munich), Dr. Maydel Fernandez-Alonso (MPI for Biological Cybernetics), Prof. Robert Lucas (University of Manchester), Dr. Elise McGlashan (University of Melbourne), and Rafael Lazar (University of Basel), discuss how humans process light, its effects on health, and share practical advice on light exposure.
