Tishman Speyer Expands Zo Nationwide – a Comprehensive Suite of Wellness, Lifestyle and Corporate Services to Tenants and their Employees

NEW YORK, March 13, 2018 – A year after the debut of Zo, a comprehensive suite of amenities and services for tenants and tenant employees at Rockefeller Center, Tishman Speyer is expanding the program nationally. Starting this month, Zo will be available at Tishman Speyer buildings in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Washington, DC. In an effort to create a happier, healthier, and more productive workforce and help employees attract and retain the best talent, Tishman Speyer is collaborating with leading service providers to offer amenities, including emergency daycare, wellness, pet care, ride-sharing, refuel service, flower and food delivery, to companies of all sizes, packaging them in a full suite that is unmatched elsewhere in the country.

Zo will be available at San Francisco’s One Bush, 333 Bush, 595 Market, and 160 Spear Street; Boston’s 125 High Street and One Federal Street, Chicago’s 525 West Monroe, CME Center, and The Franklin; the Company’s Beverly Hills portfolio, Wilshire Courtyard and Arboretum Courtyard in Los Angeles; New York’s Rockefeller Center, 11 West 42nd Street, 520 Madison Avenue, 200 Park Avenue, 300 Park Avenue, 666 Third Avenue, CitySpire, and Greenwich American Center; Philadelphia’s Bala Plaza; and Washington DC’s International Square and Pennsylvania Avenue portfolio. Tishman Speyer will continue to expand the program to additional assets and into more markets, including internationally.

Following the successful introduction of Zo at Rockefeller Center in February 2017, the broadly conceived suite of services will be available to companies that lease space in Tishman Speyer’s buildings, as well as their employees directly. The name Zo was originally inspired by the Greek word for life, zoe.

Michael Spies, Senior Managing Director, Tishman Speyer, said, “As a landlord, Tishman Speyer is uniquely positioned to improve productivity within its buildings by enhancing workplace satisfaction and happiness.

“Our focus is on the people who spend a large part of their day in our buildings. These offerings help create an inspired, innovative and differentiated workplace that enhances employee wellness and happiness and in turn increases productivity. We want people to love working in Tishman Speyer buildings and we thereby create value for all within.”

Tishman Speyer is the first office landlord to offer such a comprehensive suite of amenities and services, which will make it possible for tenant companies of all sizes to provide their employees the same services that have thus far been available only to those employed by a small number of large corporations. Tishman Speyer is uniquely positioned to roll out and scale this new program, capitalizing on the size of its global portfolio and the occupation density of commercial office buildings. About 250,000 people work at Tishman Speyer buildings worldwide.
