Silhouette Awards are calling upon applications to be a part of their mentor programme. The process is open from Monday 4th April until Monday 16th May 2022 and invites experienced and senior member of the Lighting Industry with more than 10 years of experience.
What does being a Silhouette Awards Mentor involve?
You have the opportunity to Mentor and share your valuable knowledge and experience with one of today’s rising stars in our industry to help them flourish.
You become part of an International network of past and present Silhouette Awards Mentors.
You help define our winners by forming part of the judging panel.
You also get to learn from others – the other Mentors (we have a separate community for you all to share ideas), as well as from your Mentees. It’s a 2 way process!

You commit to participate on our selected PR video activities prior to the Winners Announcement [approx 30minutes]
You commit to review all nominations and participate on the independent judging process [to be communicated in advance]
You commit to participate on the online ceremony when we announce the Winners [approx 1hour]
You commit to a minimum engagement of 6 x one hour virtual sessions with your Mentee during the 6 months mentorship period.

The Silhouette Awards team will review all submissions and contact the successful candidates at the beginning of June 2022.
